meno politica e più rivolta al Marketing territoriale. Voglio ancora
essere un sognatore, perché, come dice la mia compagna, i
sognatori non invecchiano mai e vorrei continuare a far sognare
i nostri clienti.
DCosa vede nel futuro del Principe?
Quasi sempre un’azienda è legata al territorio e noi non facciamo
eccezioni. Vedo pertanto un futuro un po’ faticoso, se come
dicevo prima chi amministra la Città non cambia rotta. Di contro
vedo anche il futuro in modo ottimistico, perché sono certo di
avere una squadra di collaboratori bravi e molto motivati. Credo
che uno dei nostri punti di forza, il Ristorante Piccolo Principe,
in futuro continuerà a darci tante soddisfazioni e che noi
continueremo a impegnarci per la massima soddisfazione dei
nostri clienti.
DCom’è la giornata tipica del GMdel Principe?
In linea di massima arrivo in albergo verso le 8,30, faccioungiro in
sala colazione sia per controllare il bufet cheper salutarequalche
ospite. Dopo di che controllo i dati del giorno precedente e poi
come sempre “entro in scena” ossia cerco di essere presente il
più possibile nel cuore dell’azienda. Ovviamente a questo vanno
aggiunti anche i vari impegni “sindacali” ossia Associazione
Albergatori e la Presidenza del ConsorzioVersilia Meeting.
DCome passa il suo tempo libero?
Con il mio cane, il mitico Lupo (preso al canile un anno fa), vado
a caccia e a cercare funghi quando è il periodo e ovviamente
cerco di passare il mio tempo libero con la mia compagna o con i
miei fgli. Sono appassionato di teatro e spettacolo in genere e la
Versilia in questo caso ofre molteplici possibilità.

runs this city, unique and beautiful among its kind, to have a less
political vision and to think more of territorial Marketing. I want
to still be a dreamer because, as my companion says: dreamers
never age. I would like to continue making our guests dream.
QHowdo you see the Principe’s future?
A company is almost always linked to the territory, and we are
no exception. Hence I see a somewhat difcult future, if - as I
was saying before - those who manage the city don’t change
course. On the other hand, I’m also optimistic about the future
because I’m certain that I have a team of good and motivated
collaborators. I believe that one of our strong points, the Piccolo
Principe Restaurant, will continue to bring great satisfaction in
the future and that we will continue to work for the maximum
satisfaction of our clients.
QWhat is a typical day like for you at the Principe?
Generally, I arrive at the hotel about 8.30. I go around the
breakfast room both to check the bufet and to greet a few
guests. Afterwards, I check the data from the previous day
and, as always, “I go on stage” that is, I try to be as present as
possible in the heart of the company. Obviously, to this I must
add the various union commitments, that is, the Associazione
Albergatori e la Presidenza del Consorzio Versilia Meeting.
QHowdo you spend your free time?
With my dog, the mythical Italian Wolf (found at a kennel
a few years ago), I go hunting and to look for mushrooms,
when in season. And, obviously, I try to spend my free time
with my companion or my kids. I am fond of the theatre and
performances in general, and Versilia ofers a lot in this area.
